Real-time Web Interface to The Raiser's Edge® The New Jersey "Y" Camps organization processes thousands of applications every year for summer camp, family camp, and senior trips. Before O-Matic Software was involved, applications were manually processed and entered by the NJY's staff into Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge®. Each year they also had to create new web pages for each of their events detailing dates and costs and other relevant information. O-Matic Software solved both of these problems by creating a real-time web interface for NJ "Y" Camps' Raiser's Edge® database. The web application automatically displays new event information and sign-up pages as soon as events are created in The Raiser's Edge®. The informational pages display custom images and rich text, while the sign-up pages automatically create new (or update existing) constituent, gift and participant records, as well as process online credit card payments. NJY's CIO calls it "a phenomenal success!"         2500M™ - a Cheque 21® System integration with The Raiser's Edge® When Aqubanc, LLC was looking for a way to integrate it's enterprise-class Cheque 21® processing solution with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge®, Blackbaud recommended O-Matic Software for the job. O-Matic Software created a flexible import system that allows organizations to import any combination of constituent, relationship, and gift fields into The Raiser's Edge. Shrinkodes™ allow organizations to condense campaign, fund, appeal, package, and solicitor information into a single compact code, preventing mailers from having that "utility bill" look. The Aqubanc methodology combined with Import-O-Matic supports unlimited Skēmaps™, or data profiles, that allow definition custom import formats. Click here for more information on 2500M.         Application Interface to The Financial Edge® RJM Systems, Inc., wanted to interface SONISWEB, its premier academic administration package, with The Financial Edge®, Blackbaud's non-profit accounting software suite. RJM chose O-Matic Software to develop a solution that provided seamless integration between the two. The integration allowed transactions from SONISWEB to be posted in summarized form to FE's General Ledger system. Financial Edge® users can "drill down" on the summarized data to view individual, transaction- level records from the source database. The integration also automatically creates checks in FE's Accounts Payable module when refund transactions occur in SONISWEB.
